Workshops

We use the experiential learning model as the training concept to engage the participants and to deliver the learning outcomes. The participants will learn each value or concept through activities/ engaging games that will allow them to have direct transference to their current roles or responsibilities in life. There will be mini lectures for the participants to learn about framework or skill set and activities for them to immerse in the concepts.

As there has been a raising concern for mental health, the company has started to focus on self-mastery (resilience and performance development). Therefore, all the programs are aligned to this focus and based on the foundation of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

For Schools

We conduct programs in an experiential approach on both in-person and virtual platforms. As we desire for maximum engagement and knowledge retention, we are determined to keep the essences of experiential training even on the virtual platform.

The setup of each activity and debrief are purposefully designed to deliver the learning outcomes, while the program flow is sequenced intentionally to gradually increase the level of openness, willingness, and challenges. The programs are aligned to develop leadership attitude and approach with The Leadership Challenge, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Tuckman’s Team Development as foundation. A variety of methods (mini-lectures, individual/team activities, active-review reflection and learning communities sharing) will be used to keep the program fresh and engaging. Participants will be actively engaged at the intellectual, physical, and emotional level. Opportunities are created for participants to learn from others and to inspire others through the interpersonal interaction during the program. Throughout the program, there will be no one right answer that applies to all as everyone is a unique human being and their experiences will be different.

For Teens & Parents

The comprehensive 3-part Self-Mastery Program is designed to cultivate teen's clarity, connection, and confidence. It is an experiential group coaching journey that integrates the How Are You Framework with Enneagram Personality insights and Neuro-Linguistic Programming methodologies. Through a series of hands-on activities, NLP techniques, and structured coaching sessions, teens are provided with a supportive environment in which they can:

  • Engage in techniques to reframe unhelpful thinking and emotional patterns.

  • Comprehend their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

  • Develop resilience, confidence, relationships, and leadership skills.

  • Enhance their self-awareness and ability to express themselves clearly and authentically.

By merging experiential learning with peer dialogues, teens not only uncover their authentic selves but also learn to lead themselves and extend support to others. Mid-program, parents or guardians are invited to participate in a transformative bonding session that fosters deeper understanding, opens lines of communication, and strengthens relationships in unexpected ways.
