Leadership Modules
We conduct the program in an experiential approach on both the in-person and virtual platform. As we desire for maximum engagement and knowledge retention, we keep the essences of experiential training even on the virtual platform.
As there has been a raising concern for the mental health, all the programmes are aligned to focus on self-mastery (resilience and performance development) and are based on the foundation of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Positive Psychology.
We use the experiential learning model as the training concept to engage the students and to deliver the learning outcomes. The participants will learn each leadership concept through activities/engaging games that will allow them to have direct transference to their current leadership role in the school or life. There will be mini lectures for the students to learn about values or skill set and activities for them to immerse in the theories/concepts.
The setup of each activity and debrief are purposefully designed to deliver the learning outcomes and the program flow is sequenced intentionally to gradually increase the level of openness, willingness, and challenges. The programs are aligned to develop leadership attitude and approach with The Leadership Challenge, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Tuckman’s Team Development as foundation. A variety of methods (mini-lectures, individual/team activities, active-review reflection and learning communities sharing) will be used to keep the program fresh and engaging. Participants will be actively engaged at the intellectual, physical, and emotional level. Opportunities are created for participants to learn from others and to inspire others through the interpersonal interaction during the program. Throughout the programme, there will be no one right answer that applies to all as everyone is a unique human being and the experiences will be different.

Everyone loves to be right and it is difficult to start a conversation without defensiveness or to continue a conversation while listening for the meaning of what is not said. Leaders are commonly stuck with the question of “What should I do to make a difference?” While in fact, it can be simple. Many people would like to improve productivity, attention, memory and creativity. Some people would like to find time and space for oneself. More activities have been shifted online and more participants are choosing online activities over in-person. Organising and conducting virtual events will become a new normal. More meetings, activities, social events, learning and discussions will now be shifted online. However, the virtual event tends to be cold and distanced when participants keep their camera off and stay muted throughout the session. Participants are bored of polling, kahoot and mentimeter.
